Eric came to do our annual check and fall tune up. He found the heat exchanger was cracked and by law the furnace could not be operated safely. He ordered the replacement part which was covered under the warranty. He even offered to provide us with rental heaters to keep us warm while waiting until the next day for the delivery of the part. As the furnace was almost 15 years old, we decided not to fix it but to get a new one.
Dave Nelson and Andrew Nichols arrived to do the job in the fully equipped AtlasCare truck. They were friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. They answered all my questions and did a thorough job and explained exactly what they were doing. They even cleaned our dryer vent! I would not hesitate to use AtlasCare again when my ducts need cleaning again. . The price was good value and the job was well done in a timely manner.
The heating and cooling contractor I have been using for the last 25 years has retired and I needed to find someone who could not only service my equipment (furnace, air conditioner, electronic air cleaner and humidifier) from a preventative maintenance perspective but offer an emergency service plan as well. The technician, Eric, was prompt, professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He immediately diagnosed the problem of a plugged drain in my humidifier and fixed it.He then went a step further to upgrade the drainage flow so it would not happen again. He answered all my questions and explained everything clearly. We have already recommended AtlasCare and Eric to one of our friends and will not hesitate to do so with other friends.
We spend over an hour trying out different beds. Not only did we not feel rushed but our associate did not pressure us in any way but was very helpful with answers to our questions. After our purchase and delivery we still had a few questions which were answered right away.

John does it all from start to finish. He diagnoses the problem, discusses the solution and implements it.He will even go out and get the fixtures for you if you wish!
