Furnace quit working, repair man was out withing 2 hours of call, turned out that we had blocked our cold air returns (rearranging furniture) helped my wife move furniture out of the way, cleaned thermal couple and reset furnace, friendly and very helpful, only charged us for service call

Air conditioner quit working, after talking to the salesman decided to upgrade entire HVAC system to high efficiency, installers worked quickly, left very little mess,we were up and running with AC within 4 or 5 hours, furnace took a little longer due to extra duct work fabrication required

Woke up to a "hissing" noise, went downstairs to investigate, found that water heater was spewing water out of the top vent, turned of the supply and called Reliance (we rent our tank from them) Repair man was out to our house within three hours of call, replaced the water heater, since we rent the heater from Reliance we had no charge for the repair.

$500.00
What could this company do to improve their services?
Repair man was efficient, but could be a little more friendly, and perhaps use the time to discuss possible upgrades to the system.
Any advice to offer fellow homeowners facing a similar project?
Renting a water heater with a guaranteed service agreement will give excellent piece of mind
