As part of our residence roof replacement project, we met and got 4-5 quotes from roofers and finally settled on Twin Peaks. Max was just super in walking us through what they would do and what was recommended. As compared to the other quotes / conversations, it was clear that Max did not oversell and even guided us as to the cost / benefit of different options. Twin Peaks was the only company from those we contacted whose pricing included replacing the metal flashings around the chimney, replacing the B-vent flange at the base of the furnace stack as well as painting the entire furnace stack. Max was true to his word on scheduling the visits, job completion and always open to answering all the questions we had both before and after the job. Hi Vik, sorry it took us so long to respond. Thanks for your time in writing this review. I would have to say we did an exceptional job :) You upgraded to the Landmark PRO shingles partially because of the new and unique colour "Shenandoah". . Roofing is not just about removing and replacing the existing materials, you have to look in the past to see if there were any factors that may have caused the roof to prematurely time out I.e. ventilation issues etc and look well in to the future to foresee an elements on or surrounding the roof that if left undone may cause a major repair or service call even 20 years down the road. although we give a 10 year labor warranty, we do our best to make sure the labour aspect (workmanship) lasts as long as possible as these fiberglass shingles will most likely last 25-30 years, especially the "50" yr Landmark Pro.
