This is an overdue review (Sorry Diane!) I hired Diane for bi-weekly cleaning of my house (an old house with an energetic toddler and an unorganized husband). She'd work non-stop for a full 4-hour to clean and organize the house. Every other Tue used to be my favorite day coming back to a shiny home. Thank you Diane!

we moved from a condo to a nearby house in Jan. We compared a few well rated moving companies on homestar, and chose Zaid's service. We liked the fact that Zaid, as the owner, actually showed up for the job. And he was able to match the quote we got from some other moving company. The communication was smooth. Zaid and one of his employees showed up on time (actually a little bit earlier even), handled our stuff with care and in a very efficient manner. We asked them to move the old washer/dryer left by the previous owner from the basement to the garage, and they did it without any problem. The two of them worked 4 hours straight, without any break. Will definitely recommend them!

we bought a house which was built in late 1950s. The previous owner was an old gentleman who had lived in the house since late 80s. I have to say that it was not an easy cleaning job... i dont even want to think about how dirty the oven and some of the closets were... Alex and his team cleaned the hell out of it at a very reasonable price. They worked quite efficiently but still took them a good five hours. The house looked very different after the cleaning job. We were very happy that we found Alex and will definitely recommend their service!

This review is long overdue... We contacted Vahn for an extended home inspection of a property we eventually bought back in Dec 15. It was an old house built in late 50s. It was our first home purchase and we didn't know much. So we really needed someone who could tell us about the conditions of the house. We were grateful that we found Vahn. The initial communication was smooth. He came in on time, and spent a good four hours inspecting the house, even taking a look inside the attic. His inspection was very detailed. He was also very patient, and explained everything to us in very simple language. The infrared inspection was well worth it, to confirm that there was no active leaking. He sent us a 120-page (!!) report the next day, including all the details as well as some useful information. our agent who has been in the business for many years said he had never seen an inspection report like this... We actually contacted Vahn for a second inspection on another property but had to cancel it as the agent wasn't available. (It turned out that the house was sold during our communication.) We will definitely use Vahn in future and recommend him to family/friends. Thank you Vahn!

Scott is awesome! We bought an old house back in Jan, which definitely needed to be re-painted. We found Scott on homestar and it was a great experience. This was our first home purchase and we knew very little about renovation. Scott had given us very useful suggestions (such as color selection, etc) along the way, always tried to accommodate our requests and never been pushy. The communication has always been smooth from the beginning till the end, and we became friends. He responded to our initial email with some details in a prompt manner, and came afterwards to see the house to finalize the quote and the details of the job. The quote was quite reasonable, and he finished the job even a day or two earlier than the estimation. He was very careful and patient when doing the job, always put things (such as power outlet, window curtain rod, etc) back to the original conditions, and kept the place quite tidy. We had new floors installed after he painted the living room walls, which made the walls dusty. He repainted the walls without a problem. The house looks really nice after the painting job and we like it very much! Thank you Scott!
