Please consider all other alarm security companies before deciding to sign on with ADT Protectron. We use them for our business and we have experienced so many issues: 1. Horrible customer service. This is both for the monitoring call centre and the techincal support. 2. Inconsistent protocol and procedures. Anytime we need to update anything on our end, something goes wrong. We have requested on numerous occasions that we would like a confirmation of our changes and not once did anyone call to confirm. We have received a number of different responses about how to make changes. Fax, email, tech support, customer service. We do everything when we need to make a change - still does not make a difference. Our requests often go unanswered and unconfirmed. 3. Under trained and incompetent staff. Technicians (where we pay extra for) have come on site to make changes that the call centre and tech support were unable to fulfill for us and they were unable to make the requests that we need - we are still unsure of why. 4. Unreliable Security System - ALL of our alarm codes were reset. We were not able to arm or disarm the system before 9:00pm. which means that our office space has been left vulnerable for 4 hours a day for the last few days. No concern on ADT's part. They will file a report for us. This has been the only solution.
