Our house was in the market for nearly 2 months with no offers. We hired Zenith contracting to do some renovations to increase the appeal of the house and we were able to sell it within 1 day of relisting the house! Zenith's renovations definitely made a difference. What I was mostly impressed with was how fast Moe and his team were able to come and do the work. He was able to come in within 1 week and completed the work within a few days. We had them refinish the hardwood floors (stain color ebony, semi-gloss finish) on the main floor, replace the laundry room countertop, sink and faucet, replace the front door, install a microwave range hood and replace the drawer fronts and cabinet doors (see pictures). There were some minor issues which I brought up to them but they were very non-defensive about them and came back to fix them without a fuss. Moe and his team get an A+ for their hard work, punctuality, professionalism and friendliness. If you need someone reliable, trustworthy, efficient, professional and hardworking, you won't go wrong hiring Moe and his team.

We were selling the house and we had to get the roof done ASAP so that we could sell the house. We contacted a few different companies and professional roofers were the first to respond. It was cold in November and a lot of other companies would not do the roof due to the weather. Professional Roofers did the job 1 week after. The workers were very professional and polite. They cleaned after doing the job. Even my neighbor said "their work was beyond reprocheable".

This electrician is very experienced and knows his stuff through and through. Pricing is fair. He was able to come in the next day; on a Saturday. He installed GFCI receptacles and replaced a bunch of receptacles in the house. The ground wiring in half of the house was wrong and was fairly complex. He was able to fix it in the end. He was friendly and pleasant to work with. However, he did not provide a receipt or a work even though we asked. We needed confirmation for the work that he did because we were selling the house. He did not provide with one therefore we had to pay an inspector to confirm the work that he did.

Beautiful script address. The pictures speak for themselves. They were easy to install. I did not have much space for the script but Nathan was able to make it in 4 inch height.

I bought a sofa bed and a few paintings from them and I absolutely love them. For the price, they are very well made. I can't comment much on customer service because I have not had to deal with them. I ordered online and received my purchases within 1 week.
