I was very comfortable in hiring the team from Furnace Solutions to replace my furnace, humidifier, air purifier and water heater. They also installed a new ac and thermostat. The initial consultation process was presented well by Ryan and never once through the whole meeting did I feel that he was trying to upsale any products. I knew what I wanted, but I valued his honest opinion on which products I should choose. He was very knowledgeable and was very good in relaying what needed to be done. He was very courteous and was insistent that I contact him if I had any questions or concerns. The work on the day of the install couldn't have gone any smoother. I was involved in the decision making process when alternative options in certain installs were available. Jon and Matt worked hard all day. They were punctual, knowledgeable and hard working.
