We had a big mice issue in our parents house. The problem got much worse when they left for vacation. Tony showed up and did a walk through around the house and pointed out the possible entrance (dryer vent) which needed to be replaced. He also placed several boxes inside the house to terminate the mice currently inside the house. He offered a 6 month guarantee on the job.
Alan was very thourough with his inspection. He pointed out some upcoming expenses and a few major issues that needed to be addressed soon. He walked me through the whole inspection and expained everything well, and even provided approximate cost for the repairs. He go up on the roof and in the attic. He also did a thermal reading which confirmed some issues he already suspected. At the beginning and end of the inspection he asked if I had any question or concerns. A++++ service.
