Terrible ! is an understatement. We went into this store to look for a dining set. When we inquired about different fabrics for the chairs, the sales person was not at all helpful. She handed us a few samples and then vanished. Came back for a minute and vanished again. We ordered the chairs and went to the cash counter to pay. We had the terrible experience of hearing the manager scolding one of the subordinates in front of us! Imagine that - - in front of customers. The story goes on ....bad delivery, mistakes with the order and finally delivery 5 weeks late. Missed having the chairs in for a birthday party that it was planned for. Hassels, hassels and guess what - they are more expensive on the same product than everywhere else we checked. Stay away!
