Our Air Conditioner broke down in July and Lou came right away with a reasonable quote. We accepted his quote to replace our Air Conditioner and Furnace and he was able to install the following week. Lou, Marino and Shawn all worked diligently and completed the work in a single day. They cleaned up after themselves and were very pleasant to work with. This is our second job with Lou and we're just as happy as the first!

This is the second time we've used Mohammed and he's become one of the few contractors that I trust to provide a fair price and do the work he quoted. We had Mohammed remove the old and install new faucets and toilets as well as fix the builder plumbing short cuts to allow us to move the location of the dishwasher beside the sink. We had a bad experience with our tiling contractor but nothing but good experiences with Mohammed. He's the only guy we will call for our plumbing. UPDATE: Mohammed just came by to fix the previous owner's amateur hook up for our basement laundry. He was punctual and fast and provided us with different options and costs. He set up our temporary working solution that we could use until we were ready to go through the larger scale renovation to do it the right way.

Mike and Tyler were able to remove the many layers (5+) of old flat roofing, re-grade the slope of the roof and add Duradek and the railing system. We're very pleased with the deck and the speed that Mike and his team were able to complete the job. The job was inspected by the City of Toronto. As with any job, there were a few items we wanted addressed after the initial installation. Mike was very attentive and resolved all of our concerns. That is all you can ask for!!!
