They were very responsive in terms of scheduling, and found room for us on their schedule on short notice. The team (a man and woman) arrived just a few minutes late but apologized, it was in the middle of morning rush hour so it didn't bother me as it was traffic related and only slight. They were polite and efficient, they even stayed an extra 25 minutes over what was promised just to make sure they got through all the priority tasks, which was appreciated. They brought all their own equipment and cleaning supplies. They did a quick and thorough job, and made sure to find out which tasks to prioritize. They didn't cut corners and treated us like VIPs even though we were after an out of town move in. They won our business and we will refer them to others in the future.
