An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
We have been with ADT-Protectron for a year now. Everything has gone smoothly so far. Our sales rep was pleasant and followed up at just the right frequency when I was busy at work and distracted from finalizing the move from our previous provider. We've had a few false alarms (our mistake!) and the call centre did a good job checking up on us and confirming all was well. (note .. I opted not to list the amount that we are paying, hence $0 is showing)
