They stand behind their product and give good service. The first person who came in to reglaze the tub did a very shooty job with the caulking around the tub. I sent them pictures and they agreed. They were very apologetic and set another person at no extra expense to clean up the job The end product was very good . I commend them on their customer relations and satisfaction
