Today I had Phil and Kyle from Ductwise come to my home to clean my ducts. My fiancé and I have just moved into a brand new home and knew nothing about the history of the place. When Phil and Kyle had arrived to begin work, my fiancé had just left to work. At the moment I felt very uneasy about being alone in my brand new house with two strange men, especially when men have a history of "hustling" women, making us over buy things or speaking downwards to us. But Phil and Kyle put my mind to ease. They were professional and fried my from the moment they entered to the moment they left. They respected our home (being new and renovated) and took off their shoes upon entry. Phil explained every step of the process to me. Something that originally intimated me, Phil helped me understand. He even took a picture of all the dust and yes dead mice we had in our vents prior to moving in. Ductwise had amazing customer service and left my house spotless. I did not have to clean up after them, sweep, dust, mop, etc. it was like they were never there. The only exception was now my vents were clean. Phil also personalized the experience and left me know how I can maintain clean ducts as I have two large (sheading) dogs. He gave me some great tips and really helped me understand something I had no idea about. They're work was clean, quick (2 hours maximum), professional and educated. I would highly recommend this company and their service!
