We booked El Cheapo movers for a short in-city move. We made the office and booking team well aware of our requirements in writing. The day of the move came and they showed up an hour late. One guy out of the three we booked came into our house. He quickly made the judgement that our couch was too big and we were not fully packed (stereo equipment was not packed as we wanted to bring that to our new home ourselves). The beds and cribs were taken apart and all of the things we wanted them to move was packed. They still had issue with it. They decided to take off on us while we were on the phone with their office never to return. They abandoned us in a point when we needed them and they knew it. They should be ashamed of how they treated us. Recommend you select another moving company who cares about their customers and treats them with respect.

I hired DrainCom to help me with a clicking sound in the pipes that our tenant was hearing first thing in the morning. It was happening at 5:30am everyday and our tenant couldn't sleep. He only heard it very early in the morning so the sound couldn't be replicated. Borys came over and listened to the video the tenant had taken and went into the wall in the area of the sound. He tried securing many of the pipes until he found the one that was the culprit. His knowledge and determination to fix the problem, coming back to the house several times, was amazing. He is very professional and really cares about solving his clients concerns. In the end he located the pipe making the sound, secured it and now the sound is gone and our tenant is very happy. We have since used Borys on a bathroom renovation and again he worked tirelessly to ensure the job was done to perfection. Highly recommend DrainCom, especially Borys.

We installed a fireproof door on our furnace room but did not know this would cause the furnace to over heat. I called Aire Max on a Sunday night and they came the next morning. They were knowledgable and diagnosed the problem quickly. They installed a vent from our furnace room to the outside to allow for the furnace to regulate its temperature. We were happy with the service and the work done. We have had no furnace issues since. Highly recommend!
