What else could you possibly ask for. Jim and the boys understand customer service and are backed by a great product. I never felt like I was bother when asking my questions and they were great at keeping me in the loop along the way. The installation went well and the work looks fantastic. I shopped hard and no one is close. Don't hesitate on these guys, just call them.

I almost don't know where to start. 2 1/2 years ago Fabio came to lay my driveway. Because it was so thin and done so poorly I had weeds coming up through my driveway. My wife drives a small Matrix and it sunk into the driveway. Down the whole side were cracks and more weeds. I had a walkway done between the garage and house. For some reason they didn't feel it was necessary to slop it, instead it was like a small bathtub in the middle. Because of this, it essentially mad the walkway a 3 season pass because when we'd get a thaw and freeze the ice would be so bad and high my gate couldn't open. In a hard ran I can't walk down it because the water will leak into my shoes. During the laying process they had tar spill in the middle that looked horrible. Fabio told me it would just go away and not to worry about it. It didn't. By the time that winter rolled around after 4 months the pothole and weeds were so bad that I couldn't shovel my driveway clean. I started calling within the month that it was done (2.5 years ago) and they just finally came to finish it after I threatened legal action. Other commented on not getting returned calls and Ray not returning messages. My experience is the exact same. I made a point of calling twice a week and Fabio would go for up to 6 months without returning calls. I've never once heard from Ray. I send pictures and emails and no one could care less. The only good thing about this company is Lena in the office. I can't imagine how many people she has to deal with, with complaints but she was always cordial and understanding. Unfortunately this doesn't mask how incapable and unaware these people are about customer service. When the driveway was about to be redone I told Fabio that the foundation they re-laid was sinking again and he might want to look at it incase the driveway sink for a second time and he'd have to replace it again. His response was the foundation is my responsibility, MY RESPONSIBILTIY (are you kidding me), and if the driveway sunk again he wouldn't replace it anyways. When they did finally come back to redo the driveway they didn't fix the walkway. I called Fabio and asked why he said it is too hard and would be to much work. What a Joke. It's a good thing for him he's family. In short I'd give all divisions of the government a higher customer service rating then this circus. One last point to drive home the lack of self awareness, 2 days after my driveway was redone, Fabio sent me a text message (real professional) with the following comment "I'd appreciate if you could go onto Homes Stars and write a good review of our company". Well Fabio, if you're reading this, I hope you enjoyed it and thank you for leading me to the site that you feel my comments would get the most visibility.
