Hire 7G Contracting for a kitchen and two bathroom renovations in a condo. Mo was very attentive to our needs and budget. His quote was not the highest or lowest that we got for the job. Workers were polite. Small issues that arose after the job was complete were addressed without any issues when we notified Mo. if we require any work in the future, 7G will definitely be on our list of contractors.

Peter was quick to respond to us and was was able to fit us into his busy schedule to ensure that we didn’t encounter any leaks from the loose and missing shingles after the storm. He secured what he could immediately and came back a couple of days later to replace the needed shingles with the matching ones. He was courteous and cleaned up all the mess quickly. He also took the time to explain the problems with the current shingles / workmanship. We have already recommended him to 2 more friends and would gladly call on him again if needed.

Moe and his team were very professional and polite. Over 50 potlights were done in a single day. As the team worked and we saw how nicely things were being done, we decided to add an additional 10 potlights. I drew the lighting plans prior to the team arriving, and they did their best to stick to the outline (joists permitting), and when changes had to be made, they were very good about ensuring symmetry. I also appreciated the time they took marking out the initial plan, double checking measurements and looking by eye from afar to ensure nice straight lines. We are very pleased with the work and love how bright our rooms are now. I will be calling Moe in the future for more lighting in my office, hallways, bedrooms and outside.
