In one sentence, having met Nanette was a true blessing: she is professional and yet tries her best to work WITH you - she really understands what you are looking for! As soon as you meet her, you will feel her charming and warm energy. I am a first time condo buyer and was overwhlemed with everything and didn't know where to begin. She helped me SO MUCH and really she saved me LOTS of money that would have been wasted if I had tried to do everything alone! She really works within your budget ( no I did NOT have money to burn!) and NEVER pushy! She does NOT overcharge you and doesn't make you feel bad about having a tight budget. I recently moved in an one-bedroom condo and hired David to do a complete move-in cleaning. I am very satisfied with the work! He is not only a great professional cleaner but a wonderful and kind gentleman. He accidentally broke a glass which was not expensive but he insisted on replacing it and he did!
