I have used Safe Tech Alarm Systems for 18 years. I bought my first home in 2001 and Safe Tech installed my system. For the past 18 years, I have received excellent service. I have never had an issue, and on the odd occasion when my system was not functioning properly, such as a low battery or testing my system, they are readily available to talk you through testing the system or changing the battery. This year, I required a panel upgrade, I received excellent customer service from Blesson in particular, he was extremely helpful and patient. After 18 years, it was determined that I needed an upgraded security panel. He arranged for a technician to re-install my new panel and program it. The tech, Peter, arrived right on time, and he did his work quickly and quietly. He even tested the alarm so that it didn't freak out my cats, or me! I recommend Safe Tech Alarm Systems and will continue to use them in the future.

I had purchased two items from IKEA, a height adjustable desk and a filing cabinet. Michael was able to come a little earlier and he arrived ready to get started. He had finished the desk within half an hour. He demonstrated how to adjust the height as well as advice about that particular desk model. Then he started on the filing cabinet and showed me a bit of damage from IKEA delivery, so that piece will have to be replaced. Michael notified Ivan and he adjusted the price accordingly. Thank you Michael and Ivan. I highly recommend this company, they are fast, efficient, and honest.
