My house is 15 years old ,ever since it was built I have been experiencing hot and cold rooms .when I first moved in ,I called the builder on different occasions to rectify the problem but they always told me it was normal .i had to install a wall electrical heater in the ensuite in order to be comfortable while showering . I changed all my windows,doors,I added insulation in the attic and recently last June I replaced my furnace and AC.Still the same problem . One day I saw an advertisement about Aeroseal Tech ,I contacted Victor ,he came inspected my system and told me I was losing a lot of heat and cold air through my air ducts . I had 286 .2 cfm of leakage equivalent to a 54.1 square inch hole .no wonder I had an unbalance heat distribution. Once Victor was done. I had 5.3 cfm of leakage equivalent to 1.0 square inch .All my rooms are now at the same temperature and very comfortable.my furnace works a lot less,I am anxious to see my heating bill to see how much less it will be . I highly recommend this to be done . Victor is a very professional nice gentleman.He did an excellent job ,when all was done it was like he was never here but you could feel the difference in the heat distribution through all the duct work .
