We had two dead trees that needed to be removed. James responded to my inquiry quickly and with a reasonable price. He worked within our crazy schedule to make this happen quickly. The crew arrived early and took care of everything. The stumps were taken down to ground level. The clean up was very thorough. We would definitely recommend Mr. Tree Man.

Mark and Jason were a pleasure to deal with. Mark provided a home visit and estimate quickly and provided the extra guidance I needed to make a final decision about choosing the best carpet for the stairs and floor to finish our basement renovation. On the morning of the installation, Jason called ahead of time to give a heads-up on his arrival time. He was polite and careful. He even gave me a warning when things were going to get noisy in case I wanted to move to another area of the house. A pleasant surprise ... as the installation was proceeding, Mark called to inform me that one item on the original estimate wouldn't be needed, so the final cost was decreased. I would definitely recommend Mark & Victorious Carpet.

The initial quote to move my mom from her huge 4br home after 43 years was for 4 men for 10 hours. We knew it was going to be a long day and were prepared for it. Mike and his crew arrived just before 8am with two trucks and were all so polite and professional. They cared for my mother's belongings (including many antiques) by wrapping everything very carefully and dis-assembling if necessary. They had the trucks fully loaded in 2.5 hours! By 1:30pm (the bill was for 5.5 hours), everything was moved in and re-assembled in the new condo. They were happy to re-arrange and reorganize as we tried out a few things with the furniture too. 24 hours after moving in, my mom feels entirely at home in her new place. Thank-you McWilliams for making the transition that much easier.

Chris and his crew (4 men total) arrived exactly on time and began loading the truck as soon as they arrived. It was a soggy, rainy day, but they covered the floors with runners and were able to keep most of the mess contained (some was inevitable). They disassembled our larger pieces of furniture and wrapped all pieces for protection. They provided wardrobe boxes so we didn't have to pre-pack the clothes in our closets. They also were fine with us leaving clothes in our dressers, so they didn't have to be packed either (taking up valuable space in the truck). Once the truck was being loaded, we realized we were going to be tight on space, so they stationed one of the movers in the truck to reorganize and ensure that everything would fit. It did... just. We had to pay for the movers to wait while we got our key, but we expected this since we were closing on both houses the same day. It was unfortunate, but we planned for it. The unloading was fairly quick and we saved a little bit of time by having them just leave a lot of boxes and furniture in the middle of the rooms. We took care of locating and reassembling items ourselves. The quote we received was based solely on time and the size of the truck. We were billed for the exact time used and were very pleased with whole process. We would highly recommend Firemen Movers. We found out that not all of the movers are firemen. We had one, but the others were either in training or wanting to become firemen. You can be sure these young men were trying to make a good impression. They certainly did.
