Install weatherproof lining to rooftop patio
Did a very crude job of installing weatherproof lining on new rooftop patio. Seams were VERY noticeable and frankly very ugly. Water ultimately leaked through and caused damage to roof. Within first couple weeks, rain seeped in through poorly-caulked seams all the way to ceiling of brand new addition. When they finally got back to us, their touch up job looked absolutely horrible. One year later, we noticed the seams between the liner panels pulling up with water pooling underneath. We had to have a repairman come in (from another company) to repair these seams, which obviously should have lasted far longer than a year! Repairman informed us of many complaints about poor jobs done by this company and their refusal to come back and correct their mistakes. We called Don Cook Roofing to come back and guarantee their work and they refused. So, while we cannot speak to these other alleged complaints, our experience appears to reflect a general consensus that this company does a poor job and fails to stand by their work.
