We had Marcello and his crew remove vermiculite insulation from our 50 year old attic and remove the entire 2nd floor ceiling (as per our request). From the first encounter with Marcello, it felt as if I was with family. He was very honest, caring, knowledgable and helpful throughout the entire process. I had interviewed 3 other companies to carry out this work, however Marcello was the only one who did not take advantage of the stressful situation when we discovered vermiculite in our attic. For contractors who deal with these types of hazardous materials, it can be so easy for them to be fear-mongers, exaggerating the state of situation which allows them to charge astronomical prices. Marcello was the complete opposite. He was very honest, professional and gave us a lot of great advice as we were in the middle of gutting the house. He was the only contractor who told us that air quality tests would be required as well as providing other documentation to protect us in the future (ESA forms, letter of completion, etc) once the job was complete and met Ontario standards. Once the job was completed, the job site was left in immaculate condition, they even de-nailed the studs in the ceiling holding up the drywall and sprayed lockdown and botanical disinfectants throughout the entire house. Marcello and his crew definitely went the extra mile and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to remove asbestos from their home. Thanks again Marcello!

I was getting my house ready to list and I had Val and his team come in to repaint our first floor, basement, and recaulk the entire house and I could not be happier with the end result. Val and his team were a pleasure to work with and cared about the work, going the extra mile to ensure a flawless end result. When we purchase our new house, we will definitely be hiring him again and I've referred him onto our friends and family for any painting needs.
