I have a duct cleaning before Christmas. Roger and his team did great duct cleaning and answered my many many questions patiently on how the furnace to work. I liked to pay in cash but did not have enough. Roger allowed me to pay him the day after and answered me more questions. Last night was extremely cold. My furnace stopped working and failed to restart for a couple of hours. My house inside was 10C on Sunday morning. I could not figure out the problem by myself, so I tried to call Roger for his advice, even though knew this is not part of his obligated services. Again, Roger spent more a half hour over phone to explain what a potential problem could be and instructed me to check parts of my furnace at basement then tell him what I saw. Fortunately, my house temperature is 21c now. I hope we will survive another extreme cold tonight. I am really touched by Roger's personality. Trust him and his team will provide professional services. I will stay with him for my future service needs. Thanks Roger
