We had a tankless water heater installed by Ed and the team at EVAM. All I can say is customer service is alive and well with this company! From the first time I met Ed, he was responsive, patient (explaining everything and answering questions) and always making sure that we were satisfied with what was being done. I can't recommend EVAM high enough - honest, trustworthy, professional - a true class act!!

My GE built in microwave died and I called Mike and he was here the next day. $60 to diagnose the problem which is very reasonable. Turned out to be the magnetron. He replaced it 2 days later at a total cost of $300. A quick search on the internet showed the price of the part to be ~$250. This is a $2000 microwave so I'm VERY happy. He was curteous, friendly and worked carefully in my home. And he showed up when he said he would! I highly recommend to give Mike a call if you need an appliance repaired. Great service at a reasonable price! It's like finding a unicorn these days.
