Sam arrived on time, gave us a good understanding of the job and completed everything as promised. Went above and beyond to get the fan to fit and locate the new switch in a suitable area, and fixed a small hole in the wall as well. Excellent service, highly recommended.

Eduart & ALL the guys did a great job on our siding & roof. The quote was detailed & adhered to, everything was cleaned up. We had a bit of a glitch with the work order, but the guys remedied it all. Excellent work & followup, and the siding actually looks better than expected. Top notch, recommended.

Home flat roof & shingle replacement
We had cracks appearing around seams where old shingles met our flat roof. Both shingles & flat area were about 15 years old. Sergio was the only contractor we contacted who took the time to educate us and explain every aspect of the repair + the options we had, from repair to complete replacement with insulation. The job was done on time, workmanship excellent & they made a good cleanup effort. They even volunteered to fix the dings left by the previous roofer we'd used last year on another part of the roof, no charge. Overall, we were really comfortable having Sergio & the guys work on our house & we immediately recommended Magnum to a friend in Rosedale. He was very happy with the work & level of service too. 10/10.
Frames & Pictures Unlimited has a great staff & very personal service. They always give me lots of time to make decisions & really know their stuff. The prices are very low for such great quality frames - I wouldn't go anywhere else for framing.
