My sister and I wanted to surprise our parents and have their carpets cleaned - let's just say it was needed! Todd and Jamie arrived on time, they were very professional, great equipment and took care to make sure that the area they were working in and on was respected. We had a great chat, they were very personable. They also explained what/why about the cleaning of the carpet. There was one area I thought for sure would never come out and it did! Thanks so much for the joy that was evident on our parents faces when they came home yesterday! I will use Todd and Jamie and recommend them to any and all who ask!
