I wanted to refinish my basement as the demo was being done we noticed water infiltration in 3 areas of the basement, we called Ottawa Foundation Contractors one of four companies, they showed up the next morning. We decided to go ahead with them not for just the price but we felt confident that the job would be done properly. They waterproofed and replaced the old clay weeping tile around the whole house. After a few conversations with the owner Ahmad, the decision was made to create a basement walkout. All in all, a very professional easy to deal and very fair company to work with.
