I am happy with the product, but have never experienced such poor customer service
So far I am happy with the product. For the 600 dollars i paid for my couch, i think it is worth it. I am still waiting on the delivery of 4 chairs. I have never written a negative review in my life, and am generally very patient with customer service representative. i know it is a thankless job. but the customer service (or lack of) at structube has left me extremely frustrated. I have a delivery coming in the next 24 hours but they have yet to tell me a delivery window for when to expect it. i have had emails go unanswered, and every time i have called (maybe 5 times) they put you on hold and then tell you they are too busy and to call back. every. time. Note to company: you need to hire someone who understand ecommerce customer service to run that team, because even for someone who is happy with the product, i am considering not buying from you again based on the service i received.
