Moving into an 80's home that still had the original cast iron boiler. Mirch took the time to explain the benefits of a more efficient boiler and setup. Mirch and his sidekick showed up as scheduled and managed to replace all iron/steel pipes and flushed out the old (dirty) liquid inside the floor radiant heating. They also replaced the zoning circuits. Did not try up sell other services or products, but provided answers to my questions or concerns without hesitation.
