Was about to bake some chicken and my oven would not heat up. Called Rick Appliance Repair and left a voice message. Rick called me back within an hour to discuss. He was able to fit me in for a service call the very next morning. On the service call day he texted ahead of time to let me know he was on his way. When he arrived he came prepared with everything he may need based on our conversation. After checking the oven he discovered it was the igniter and was able to repair it right away. Within a hour or so he was all done! Super nice guy who is very knowledgeable and I would not hesitate to call him again (he does all appliance repairs) or recommend him to a family member or friend. A referral from a Window company owner James referred Elvis to me when he came to check to see if our window was leaking (as the original roofers said it was). James was very honest and said it was not the window but a problem on the roof. Turns out that the original roofers left holes on part of the roof when they reused material and this is what was causing rain to get in to the house. I did not want the original company to repair this as there was no trust left so we hired Elvis and his team for the work. Within 1 week (even less) Elvis met us, scoped out the problem, sent us a quote and had everything repaired. They replaced all the flashing, steel flashing, new shingles and even extended the pipe so that the water doesn't leak onto the shingles which would cause other problems down the road. We could not be happier with the work he and his guys did. Unlike the original roofers he left everything clean and tidy when they were done. We could not be happier with the work done and his promptness. Thank you Elvis!

Sam was able to come to our house in the evening on the day we requested to repair our dryer. He asked for some information ahead of time so that he would be prepared. Sam was super polite and quickly diagnosed the problem and quoted us a very reasonable price. He had the correct part with him and was able to fix on the same day. He also vacummed all of the lint out while he had the dryer open. There was was much lint that it completely filled the canister and more! We could not be more pleased with the prompt, reasonably priced excellent service that we received. We would definitely recommend this company to our family and friends. Thanks Sam!
