I contacted DSM Property Services to do a pre- renovation home inspection. I wanted to fund out the condition of the home before starting on new upgrades. Vito pointed out areas that did need attention and repair before I start my reno. The information he provided was certainly valuable and helped me decide what priority repairs and upgrades are needed.
