Fence collapsed after a wind storm in November, was panicking because winter was coming Jay and the crew went out of their way to assure everything looked perfect, and it was. I asked for some special things and they were met without an issue. Would highly recommend them and will use again. Maybe a new deck. Thanks to you Jay and the great crew.

Always concerned about whether a company is true or not Rupert and his partner (forgot his name)came today to do my ducts and I am very happy with the job Showed me before and after pics..though I saw a whack of dust lint built up as soon as he removed one of my return air ducts. Cleaned my furnace and air conditioner coil and though it was not terrible he cleaned out my dryer as well I have a small home and still took them 1 1/2 hours so I know it was done right They gave me some helpful hints and advise Fantastic job and would recommend to all

Had a few issues with delivery, they called one day to advise they could not make it and will show the following Monday morning. That Monday rolled around and at around 12:00 I called to see what was happening, supposedly the truck broke down but I guess were not going to call me. Strike 2...When they did show when expected..John and Byron the installers made up for the company issues with me..They were polite professional and explained everything they were doing to me..I would have rated the company a 4 out of 10 but because the 2 installers were so good I had to at least double it INSTALLER MADE THIS PURCHASE WORTH IT Scott Kellett Aurora po# 113034

Hello I contacted your company 7 times over the last 6 months to repair a broken seals on 2 windows that were installed in may2005 as per your warranty below I do not see the issue Easy to Understand, No Restrictions, No Small Print 20 Year Warranty If you are required to replace the sealed unit because of sealed failure. (Failure of an insulation Cardinal Glass Unit is defined "Obstruction of View" due to fog formation on the inside of the glass surfaces.) HOMETECH WILL PROVIDE A REPLACEMENT SEAL UNIT FREE OF CHARGE In addition, HOMETECH WILL ISSUE YOU A CHEQUE IN THE AMOUNT OF $50 FOR ANY INCONVENIENCE TO THE HOME OWNER When I called I was advised to contact the installer and they would have to produce there purchase order to you to proceed in repair I have called them 18 times leaving messages each time with no return call (I have advised hometech of this as well) I would suggest that your company contact this installer and find out the reason for them not doing there job Is something going to be done or am I just to accept your faulty window and pay again for another company to replace it Please advise so I can get on with this matter Scott Kellett I have my original bill of sale if you need it Just help me please
