One of the trees that Greg's team planted last year died this year. When I called Greg to ask him if this is covered or not, before I finish my question, he said that he will stop by and will plant a new one. A new tree was planted and the old one removed without a need for us to be home. Everything looks perfect! This is what I call excellent customer service.
It was a delight to work with Greg and his team from start to finish. Greg listened patiently to our ideas and then created a great design based on our inputs. The work started on time and finished on time during which Greg's team were real professional in how they did their work. Every step of the design Greg checked with us on the details and ensured we were fully involved in making the final selection of materials. Since the job is finished we have been getting a lot of positive comments from our neighbors. All together, we couldn't be more satisfied with the work and the final outcome.
