I called in a panic as I have health issues and young GSD puppy in house. It was later in the afternoon. They promised me the repair man the next day between 12 and 3 pm. He called earlier and came right away. Turned out it was not the AC at all but control module on furnace that had given out after a Toronto Hydro power outage ( the second in 2 days). Thank you very much Toronto Hydro! Anyway AC was up and running by the evening . Could not turn it back on right away because of ice in lines from AC running while furnace was not doing its job. The AC and furnace are both about 12 years old and top of the line installed by Aire One and serviced regularly by them each year since purchase and installation. I am grateful to Aire One for prompt service by repairman Benny in Toronto.

I recently had the wood replaced on part of the front porch and thought it was a good time to repaint the whole porch. Dee came out, helped me pick two colours that would closely match originals and gave me an estimate which he followed up with a detailed email. He was very understanding when we had to reschedule the job because my neighbour came after Dee's visit to inform me that his contractor was coming to do major work on his house stripping off old roof, siding, etc. The job on my porch was resceduled for the following week. Julian arrived on time, took great care in preparing the areas for painting and in applying the two different paint colours. He cleaned up meticulously after finishing the prep and again after the painting. The porch had not been painted for at least 28 years! The final product is absolutely gorgeous.
