I bought a wall unit oven from Sears who broke down in a month, and was told the first year guaranty was by Electrolux who in turn passed the job on to Transglobal, another company, this company use Standard Appliance Repair to do the work. The technician came and said it was the thermostat that needed replacement, and the part will come in 2 weeks. After 2 weeks nothing happened. I then called Transglobal and was told that the part will arrive on the 14th of Jan. On the 15th, I called and was told the part will come on the 22nd. Up till now, I am still waiting for the part to come. God knows when or will it ever get here..
