My overall experience with Elite Appliances for work order #222885 was really good. The technician came within the time frame specified and immediately went to work on my problem. We managed to identify the part needed for my washer through e-mail, so he didn't need to come twice. He was really friendly and efficient. My only complaint was with the phone service which took forever! I was on hold for 2 hours and got disconnected twice. Please have more operators!! But great job
