I received a call from Elite Appliance Service following up on a ticket issued by Samsung. I was given a work order # 223257 by Elite and the time frame to expect a visit from their technician. Their technician arrived on time and quickly took care of the problem. I was very impressed by this courteous and knowledgeable technician, who was able to quickly resolve my issue. All in all, my experience with Elite Appliance Service was first rate. Thank you Elite for an excellent display of customer service!
