We had Magic Windows install 10 Windows 17 years ago. We love them! They came with a 40 year warranty, so we recently had them come to replace the old weatherstripping and adjust some handles. The men who came to do the work were wonderful: efficient, tidy, happy to explain things. When we were at the Home Show last fall, we stopped in at the Magic Windows booth and met Corey Graham. We wanted to replace our 37-year-old sliding doors and a bay window. He showed us our options, then came to our house to explain everything and we placed our order. After that a man came to take all the measurements, and they called us when the doors and windows were ready The installation went smoothly, they look great, and I just love the hideaway screens and solar blinds. It is so nice to have an unobstructed view, and to have the screens to keep the bugs out when we open the windows.

We went to the showroom and then the rep came to our house to measure and discuss our options. The installers clearly knew what they were doing and were very pleasant. I love having the light and air flow with no concerns about security!

We had been thinking of having a backwater valve installed, and saw some ads and finally went with Public Plumbing. Mike came out to explain the process and was very knowledgeable and reassuring. The work was done over Christmas by pleasant workers with very little disruption and the inspector came as scheduled. Mike came to check that we were happy and took the payment along with the completed form for the Basement Flooding Protection Subsidy Program. We have received notice from the city that our application has been received and is being reviewed already.
