I hired Gavin at Meehan Plastering and Drywall to remove popcorn ceiling in three rooms in my house and complete a substantial amount of drywall work including: removal of two large bulkheads and associated patching; patching holes on the ceilings and walls as a result of electrical work completed; drywalling a large portion of my ceiling; and framing/drywalling around a structural post. Gavin also primed and painted all areas where the drywall work was undertaken. Gavin was very professional throughout the entire process. He showed up on time, worked efficiently, and completed the job ahead of schedule. And best of all, he did an outstanding job! Everything looks completely flat - feels like a brand new home! I wouldn't hesitant to hire Meehan Plastering and Drywall again for any future drywall projects!

Vivid assisted me with a number of different electrical projects, including installation of pot lights, rerouting wiring, and adding an outlet and overhead light. Andrew was very responsive and professional. I was on a fairly tight timeline when I first contacted Andrew and he was able to get someone on his team (Nolan) out to get started in short order. Nolan showed up on time, was very professional and knowledgeable, and worked efficiently. He checked in with us on every decision point and offered great advice along the way. I will not hesitate to use Vivid again for future electrical projects.

I hired Larcon to remove a load bearing wall and install a beam and posts to support the load. Nothing but good things to say. Holden was very knowledgeable, transparent, and professional from start to finish. Holden suggested some changes to my existing drawings to improve functionality, and I was very happy to have taken his advice. The Larcon team showed up on time and completed the work ahead of schedule. They were very tidy, efficient, and communicated very well throughout the process. I hired Sauzteq to provide structural engineering services for a home renovation project involving removal of a load-bearing wall on the main floor; addition of a new walk-in closet in the primary bedroom on the second floor; and addition of a shower and tub in the ensuite bathroom, which involved removing a wall. Mohammad arrived on time to assess our home and was very professional in the process. He provided engineering designs/drawings in a very timely manner and has made himself available throughout the process to answer any questions I had. He even offered to submit the designs/drawings to the City for approval for me! I am very happy with Mohammad's advice, expertise and help through this process!
