Amazing service! I called in the morning to book an appointment. Everything g was fixed by 5 pm the same day. Very smooth and easy service and the quality of the work was great. Definitely recommend Tip Top to everyone.

We had a HAI - Leviton - system already installed but everything was controlled locally. Paul and SHARK team helped us identify what was needed and get only the essentials rather than the frill. A couple of other companies came for a home visit but Paul was extremely professional, honest and capable of handling the task. Paul and a member of his staff allowed us to upgrade the automation board and control our thermostats and home security along with garage door using our smart phones. Paul was extremely helpful and the post sale support has been excellent.
