There were outlets not working in part of home. Jafar came out, assessed the source of the problem and quickly fixed it. I am very pleased with the end result in a short period of time. I will definitely use his services in the future and recommend him to friends.

I had dealt with DrainCom four years ago to have a sump pump installed in my basement. Recently water was backing up from the sump pump into the basement. I called DrainCom and Carl came out to assess the situation. Two days later Toni came out to fix the disconnected pipe which was to take the water outside. Toni was very professional and friendly and even offered some tips to avoid future problems. Since the work was under warranty, I didn't have to pay. I would definitely recommend DrainCom to friend.
