Our furnace stop working when the temperature outside was on the negative 20's. I called up a Aire One to check the furnace and the technician said that the heat exchanger was broken and has to be replaced. It can't be repaired and the best way is just to replace with a new one. I have a limited idea about Furnaces so I kind of panicked. We need to have the heat. Technician said that a sales guy will come within 45 min. He did come and gave me a quote of more than 3K but I wanted to get another quote just to compare. Luckily, I called Scott from Delta Air. I told him about the situation and that I need the quote right away. I called him at about 6:30pm and he was able to come at about 9pm that day. He sent me the quote as well later that night. I was so lucky that I was able to call Scott because he gave me a very valuable advise. HE TOLD ME TO GET A SECOND OPINION ON MY FURNACE. He noticed something wrong during his visit. I followed his advice and to my surprise, I can't believe why the guy from Aire One said that my furnace has to be replaced when there was nothing wrong on it. The only problem was just the Thermostat. I would like to thank Scott's honesty and advise to have a second opinion. I would have spent more than 3K and would have to sacrifice a lot of things for nothing. Thank you Scott for your help, I really appreciate it. I would highly recommend this company.
