We underwent a house renovation and had to create new venting locations. We wanted to brick up the old vent locations and we knew the exact person for the job! Daniel did some parging, tuck pointing and brick work for the exterior of our house a year earlier and we couldn't trust anyone else but him. Unfortunately, our matching brick is no longer available (not made anymore) but Daniel was extremely patient with us and guided us to choosing the best matched brick. During the process, Daniel wasn't completely pleased with the fact that we would have 3 locations where the bricks wouldn't be a complete match so he decided to do more work than needed and removed a few more bricks from one low traffic location to brick up the other two so that the one side of the house would be seamless. Daniel took care of our house like it was his own and was always patient with all of our requests and questions. If you want someone who would do work above and beyond your expectations WITHOUT you asking, Daniel is the person you want to hire! Brittany (from the main office) was also exceptional at communicating and always followed up with every request. Brittany also never pushes us to pay the full amount until we were completely satisfied. We really can't be happier with Great Wall Masonry.

Our experience with Great Wall Masonry was excellent! Highly recommended. Their prices are quite reasonable and they treat clients with patience and respect. This is how all companies should function. We had Dan come to do an estimate for repairing some brick work, tuckpointing and doing some parging around our house. He took the time to listen to our concerns, gave some excellent suggestions on repairs and thoroughly explained the work that needed to be done. He was genuine and honest, so we requested him specifically to do the repairs. We were scheduled a week or so later. Dan and Greg worked hard to get the work completed and went above and beyond what was expected. They were careful around our garden beds and did a top notch job cleaning up afterwards. Dan also took the time to explain their work and checked in during the process as requested. While they were on site, we also got messages from the main office by Brittany checking in to see if there were any issues or concerns that we had and to make sure we were happy with the work being done. There was a very minor issue that needed to be fixed afterwards and they came back without any hassles whatsoever and were more than pleased to make whatever fixes required to ensure that we were pleased and fully satisfied. Cannot ask for a better experience and a more trustworthy business. Dan and Greg's work look amazing and I don't need to worry about future issues as they are highly skilled in the trade. Great team!

Renato and Air Heating Plus are an awesome HVAC company to work with. We've had to purchase 2 furnaces over our homeownership lifetime and both have been through Renato and Air Heating Plus. I don't think anyone enjoys the process of buying a furnace especially when it cuts out during the coldest times of the year... and when large companies like Reliance are out to charge you an arm and a leg for a new system. At our first home about 4-5 years ago, our furnace died in the dead of winter and we felt pressured to sign with Reliance. Luckily Renato (as a reference from our realtor and friend) came into save the day with honest advice, excellent workmanship, quality equipment and affordable (and fair) pricing. We have since moved, but the furnace died at our new place (it was 16 years old). Of course we decided to go back with Renato and Air Heating Plus. He gives support 24/7 and helped us along the way. He cares for your family's well being like you're part of his family. Renato also gives frank and honest advice about what units to purchase and the best place to spend (and not spend) your hard earned dollars when getting an HVAC system. He's doesn't mind walking homeowners through the doubts/questions they might have and to give his expertise and long-time industry experience. Even if its the smallest question, he's willing to take the time to make sure you're comfortable with your choices and happy with your purchase. Just got an Armstrong Air unit to replace our dying Carrier and it's amazing. He even went above and beyond to replace our rusted out floor drain and reposition our humidifier to the optimal location on the furnace. Can't say enough about the him!

Our furnace broke and with two kids, I panicked. We got a salesman in from a big company and he suggested we changed both the furnace and the air conditioner! Gave us a ridiculous price. Then a friend recommended Renato and we cannot be any happier. Not only did Renato suggested an appropriate furnace for the size of our house, he also gave us a quote that was beyond reasonable. He was also honest enough to tell us that he would only change the air conditioner if it is needed after he can have a better look inside. Renato delivered everything he promised and beyond. They came ahead of schedule knowing we have young kids, and completed the job in a professional and timely manner. We found a little water drip on a pipe the night of the installation and we called Renato. He assured us it was not a major issue and came the very next morning to fix the small leak. We would definitely recommend him to anyone and everyone.
