Terrible experience. Installed a door and transom in a new addition. Even when it was first installed, it was extremely tight and you had to push hard in order to open and close. As the weather warmed we are now unable to open the door. We contacted Roberge in order to have them come back and they claimed the problem was due to movement in the addition and would only fix the problem if we paid them more. There has been no other signs of movement in the addition: there have been no cracks and all the other doors work seamlessly. Of course the more likely explanation is that it was installed too tight to begin with and the change in temperature made it impossible to open. Our experience has been awful. We have some experience with other door and window installers in the city. My advice is to use them instead.

We had to replace a fence in downtown Ottawa. We contacted Keith along with two other fence companies. Keith gave us a reasonable quote and helped us with the design of the fence and talked us through our options. During installation, we had some disputes with neighbours over the property lines, but Keith handled the situation very professionally, and accomodated us when we had to delay the installation due to this dispute. Keith finished the installation and also accomodated us when we made minor changes to the location of posts. The end results was a beautiful fence. Keith installed a beautiful fence on our property.
