In May 2010 I hired Water-proof.ca to remove my concrete basement floor, waterproof, and replace all the sanitary sewers and rough in for a future bathroom, bar and laundry.
Stephan was my first contact with this company, I found him to be the most knowledgeable and professional of all the contractors I had over to quote on the work. I appreciated his taking the time to go over different options with me and he even called in one of his crews during our initial meeting to test a section of my floor, which was certainly above and beyond.
Once hired, I was impressed by the work ethic of the whole crew. They always arrived on time, were courteous, clean and most of all did a wonderful job, on time and exactly to the dollar as quoted by Stephan. Moreover, they were helpful in suggesting different ideas for how I might finish my basement. Unlike many other contractors and stories I've heard, I had the same, quality crew come to my house every day until the job was finished.
On completion of the work they cleaned up and removed all the debris form my home. Excellent job all around. I'm very happy with my basement.
I have no reservations in recommending Water-proof.ca for your drain and waterproofing projects.
