I heard about Steve 20 years ago on CBC radio. People would call in with questions about stoves, fridges, washers, dryers, the works. He knew every make and model they threw at him and could say if it was worth fixing (ie the newer models might not be as well made) or replacing. He's touched every appliance in my home ever since and is honest, efficient and effective.

I have renovated our home extensively, and hired many many trades. Steve is my favourite. His quotes were for both jobs were reasonable, he started on the agreed start date and STAYED on the job until it was complete. His workmanship is superb. He's also a total pleasure to work with: patient, kind, smart and funny. Highest recommendation.

I am a verrrry picky customer who has done several significant renovations over the years, so it really means something for me to say that Oren did an absolutely fabulous job and you can hire him with confidence. From the first meeting to review the scope of work Oren was a total pro; he asked great questions and made really excellent suggestions so there were zero misunderstandings once the job started. He cheerfully incorporated several last-minute design changes, and actually helped me avoid a couple that I would have regretted. He's a crasftsman who knows his stuff.
