We were very pleased with Ted as our professional home inspector. His inspection (which we tagged along on) and report was thorough and informative. Ted's all about service and on-going support. We felt he truly cared about us and the biggest investment of our lives. Over the 8 hour inspection he fully explained the defects and potential issues he could see regarding the home. The next evening he delivered our home ownership manual. A well organized binder with hundreds of photos, comments, illustrated issues and potential fixes for a nearly 50 year old home. Ted has an eye for identifying past repairs and fixes and enjoy's determining what other's have previously done to the home. His report assisted with negotiations and his fee was certainly worth it. He's helped us understand our home better and given us confidence in starting repairs and screening potential service providers. Ted has been wonderfully responsive throughout and after possession. I have a confession, I can usually figure out who wrote the testimonial but in this case I suspect all my files are in your wife's name. I could not find Martin anywhere.
