Recently bought a condo in Downtown Vancouver and had Chris as my home inspector. My entire experience from my initial contact with Chris to the home inspection was nothing but perfect. He took the time to inspect the entire building and all of its contents and then did a thorough inspection of the unit. He was very knowledgeable and had recommendations and instructions on how to fix every problem found. His extensive report was very easy to understand, it also included great, clear pictures.
