I was underwhelmed. Two cleaners for three hours...six hours of work on a small, three bedroom townhouse (and I asked them not to clean the master bedroom or bathroom, as my pets were in there). They were supposed to start at nine am. A friend dropped by at twenty to ten to pick something up and let me know there was no one there yet. Maybe they worked later on the other side. At first I was really pleased - everything smelled so good. Then I took a closer look. The two bathrooms were nicely cleaned and the microwave was beautiful. The rest was ho hum. I had specifically asked for a big catch up as I had people coming for Christmas and no time. To me that means pick some stuff up, put some things in order. One bedroom was untouched. They were very nice about offering to come in and do that bedroom, but it was too late - I had people coming that day. Nothing was cleaned underneath - if something had to be moved to clean it it just wasn't cleaned. I haven't used a cleaning service before, but I think there's probably much better value out there. Maybe they're okay for a quick sweep and polish, but I wouldn't have them back.

I would also like to apologize for your service not being completely what you had hoped for. We do pride ourselves on delivering an excellent detailed service, and we clearly failed in doing that based on your review. This is disappointing to me, as we pride ourselves on our reputation and the positive feedback we regularly receive from our large client base.
